My line was down the whole of December and only got fixed on the 17 of January. It's has not been working again since 27 of January and Telkom has made no effort to fix it. In a period of 2 months the line was functions for 10 days. How am I suppose to run a business like this. My business depends on the line and it's never working. Is Telkom going to pay for me rent? They even refuse to refund me for the month of December. I have reported this do many times to no avail. Telkom is simply to incompetent and just don't care. REF 129brz290114
