My number hasn't been ported still!

Must say Vodacom is not really enthusiastic in porting my number back to their network. Went to a Vodashop on Friday 31st of January 2014 and asked that my number be ported back to Vodacom, the lady assisting me advised me that porting will be delayed as i came after 12:00 I understood that and was prepared for the delay she did everything she was supposed to, to my knowledge I received SMS's first it was the confirmation pin, then it was one to inform me that my request has been received by my network and approved. I was advised that since i came after 12 the port might not go through Friday night and that i'd have to wait till Monday as it cannot take place during the weekend, I waited. Nothing happened on Monday night, Tuesday night still nothing, please advise as to what is the process and what must one do in such a case? I have not been able to do anything with my phone as I cannot load airtime on the network I wish to move away from. Been waiting for Vodacom to port me then I can buy their airtime and BIS.
