My contract expired in Dec 2013 and I asked Sandile to convert my no to prepaid. I was told that Dec 2013 would be my last dr order but I received a bill for Jan 2014 for airtime that wasnt loaded and for a micro sim which I didnt ask for nor receive. I called to query this on the 24jan and spoke to Melusi who said that the bill will be reversed but that wasnt done. I was also offered an upgrade top up package by him with an additional 1gb data and 100min mins extra as well as free cli and auto sim. He was supposed to call back to confirm if it was per sec billing. He didnt call me at the time decided upon so I called the call centre on the 27jan and Dorcas offered me u choose smart s package with all of the same extras after confirming with her team manager Mr tunduka. Dorcas was to call me on the 30Jan to confirm if I was accepting the deal but didnt call as she was off sick so I spoke to Weisis who told me that I was mis informed & wont get 100 min. I asked him to speak to the team manager to request compensation for the 100min promised but he didnt get back to me. Dorcas called on 3feb & after negotiating I didnt get any joy.
