I cancelled my MTN accounts in December 2013 at the MTN shop in Menlyn Mall Pretoria. The shop agent phoned MTN Cancellations and inquired about the process on my behalf after which I filled in the necessary paperwork. He then faxed/emailed it through as requested. Low and behold come 1 February 2014 and again a debit order from MTN goes off against my account. MTN, please cancel my account as requested in December 2013 seeing that BOTH contracts expired end on January 2014 and refund my last payment. Thank you.
