Another Invalid top up voucher???

What is your problem Neotel? I bought a top up voucher today and I get your standard response "voucher invalid", that is after spending more than a month to get a voucher (purchased in December 2013) credited to my account. The one I bought today is also "invalid". Is this your way of providing excellent service???
I say pathetic!!!
