Today is Tuesday the 4th of February. I have posted my complaint to Hellopeter last week Wednesday or Thursday and even that time there has been no reaction from Telkom. Were they not supposed to respond to my complaint on Hellopeter within a certain amount of time? This is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. After stopping by the Telkom store in my nearest mall, I called the service desk and the consultant told me that Telkom is experiencing a backlog in our area. That does not give Telkom the reason to not do nothing about the whole problem. Our landline has been off for almost an entire month now! The consultant then told me that he has escalated the problem to some other department. AT THE END OF THE DAY OUR LANDLINE IS STILL NOT FIXED. Telkom needs to explain what is going on and give us, the clients, some sort of reduction in our telephone bill because it is THEIR FAULT, NOT OURS.
