Upgrade, no phone, no service

I upgraded November and wanted to upgrade to a Blackberry Q5 I was informed that the Q5 was discontinued on the market, please note that Riaan at the Autopage was helpful the entire time and that I can only say good things about his service. So I upgraded to a Blackberry 9720, from the get go I had to charge it twice a day, it switched itself off and the background light just went on by itself, I took it back and said I am not happy with this phone, I would like to upgrade to a iPhone 5, this was the week before Christmas. Meanwhile I saw that MTN, Vodacom, Telkom mobile all still advertise the Q5, so why was I told (after I called head office of Autopage the Q5 that it was discontinued) Right so today is the 4th of February, my iPhone 5 is still not delivered. I called Autopage in Midrand and the operator got so cheeky with me and still referred me to the branch which is Delareyville. But the branch itself is not the fault as they are not sending the ordered phones. The more I tried to explain it to the operator the more arrogant he got. I work with my phone which is by the way almost not working anymore.waiting 3 months for a phone is pathetic. Honestly it's pathetic
