We upgraded in 2012. There was technical problem with the phone, the device was under warranty they repaired it and the device was received back in working order. After a few months the SAME problem occurred and again handed in and submitted to your repair centre. This time however they indicated that it was due to liquid damage. (Quite strange) The device was received back in a working order but soon after the same problem occurred again. It was only the lock button that was not working. The device was again handed in and submitted to your repair centre. After several weeks I received it back COMPLETELY out of order. They indicated that it was due to liquid damage. After three weeks I received a report indicating that the phone has physical damage and when I questioned it the next day they changed it to liquid damage. (The employee at the Vodashop accidentally forwarded me the correspondence between her and a employee at the repair centre.) How is it possible to receive THREE different reports for the same defect.
It is nearly two years that I was deprived the usage of the phone.
