I wish to put on record the BAD Client service from MTN, Myself and my wive have been struggling since the 27th of January to get our new upgraded hand-setts working every-time we go to MTN they say we have to wait 24hrs before our duel sims will be activated today is the 3rd of feb and our new sims are still not working this is unaceptable get the right guys for the job these guys don't have a clue how to service a 10yr dedicated client.
