CALL CENTRE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING!!!

On the 29/12/2013 i sent in a requested that my cellphone contract be cancelled as i no longer required the contract to be renewed, i received a response on the 30/12/2013 to advise my request will be actioned and that a consultant will be in contact with me. I received numerous calls to inquire why i had cancelled the contact. i than called in December to make sure the request for cancelation will be done, i was assured by the contact center that the contract was cancelled and January will be the last payment. Early January 2014 i received my top up airtime i was advise reason been that the contract was cancelled and they needed to put through the airtime in early instead of the 15th of the month. on the 1st of Feb my account my account was debited again, when i called the contact center the guy advised that my account was not debited, i requested a senior to call me (still awaiting) i have now spent an hour on the phone going from department to department telling me the contract was only cancelled on the 3rd of January 2014. Yet if received and sms on the 2/11/2013 to say the contract was cancelled WHY I ASK THAT THE PEOPLE AT CELL C DO NOT KNOW THERE LEFT HAND FROM THERE RIGHT
