IN CREDIT WITH MNT BUT THEY STILL SUSPEND MY SERVI

Bought a phone from MTN in november they billed me for the phone and its was faulty,
send it back and only received a reply a month later,
in Dec they billed me for a phone i didnt have .i received my phone on the 27.01.2014 THIS MONTH (2) months later
that means im in credit with them

Just to find out this morning they switched my Network off (IM BEYOND) have tried to call the call centre from 8 this morning and im still holding on!!!
