Shocking service and no feedback

I cannot believe that Vodacom still haven't resolved our account and the matter raised plenty of times. We raised the issue that our account is in rehab at Vodacom legal just because we sof locked one of our staff member's 3G card. Vodacom has a debit order on our account and we have NEVER not paid them!!! why is our account in legal? Now we cant upgrade or do any changes on our account! last week we were told the upgrades would go ahead and when we phoned Corp Connect, Nazeerah, with an attitude told us that she cant do anything because our account is in rehab!

Is this the customer service Vodacom gives to it's business clients???
