I went to vodacom 25/01/2013 to take my black berry for repairs, it keeps restarting. i was told it has water damage when it was never even exposed to water. Kathy told me vodacom will contact me with Quote to fix a phone which is still on contract. a week and 3 days later i still havent recieved any contact from vodacom besides a last sms on thursday 30/01/2014 to say the phone is being assessed at advanced repair centre. i then had to phone again on tuesday to find out whats happening as its been a week since the phone was booked in . the feedback from vodacom is very terrible. that i can live with but my concern now is why am i being charges R1700 to fix a phone that keeps restarting? it was never exposed to water so i dont see why they tell me that water damage makes the phone restart? im still paying the contract shouldnt vodacom fix it as its still under warranty? i have 3 contracts with vodacom all expiring this year but the pathetic service im recieving i will not even renewing a single one, im going to move to a cheaper network.this is not on . i cant be still payiong for a phone thats broken, that i cant even use. vodacom must get their act together.
