8ta / Telkom Mobile
2 weeks and no progress

We submitted a order for a 40" Samsung smart tv combo deal 2 weeks ago. The sales lady is off more than she is working. We were informed the JHB has no stock I cannot get hold of anyone at the branch at all. Avril is leaving CPT tomorrow (Wed the 5th of Feb) the deal has not been handed over to anyone at all. We would like some answer's in this regard. Really 2 weeks and nothing is done at all we have to constantly chase after the branch to get information they never call us.
