BLACKLISTED!!!

I've been blacklisted at the credit buro on 19 June 2012 for an amount of R2, 591.00. I only became aware of this now, when trying to get a student loan.
The Altech Autopage tax invoice for June 2012 clearly shows an amount of R491.96, which I paid in cash at Absa directly into their account, because Altech Autopage didn't deduct the debit orders monthly as they should have.
I tried on several occasion's to cancel this contract as the 2 year period has expired. In June 2012 I eventually got the contract cancelled. On 14 July 2012 the final amount of R245.98 was deducted from my bank account.
I've been struggling since 1 February 2014 to get hold of somebody to assist me in this matter and to get the default blacklisting updated or removed and to get a letter to say that no money is outstanding or owed to them, but to no avail. I'm send from one person to the other and I'm being referred to Postpay, 0115233123 who thinks it is a laughable matter and refuse to assist.
Autopage refuse to put me through to an Accounts Manager and have a bad attitude. I need to have this sorted out asap in order to get a student loan.
