Virgin Mobile has to be the worst cellular phone company I've had the displeasure of engaging with!

1. They charge R20.00 for Itemised billing sent via email. I repeatedly do not receive this paid for document. Reasons: they have lost my email address (yet they send me specials, etc to the same address)
They offer to refund, but never do.

2. Their invoice reflects one amount, yet they deduct an amount more than the invoiced amount. This is! As they are declaring a different income amount to the the South African Revenue Services than what they are collecting.
Will any action be taken against Virgin Mobile? NO! Why? Because Richard Branson is a friend of the late Mr Mandela.

3. Their customer service email address is unmanned. My complaints go unanswered!

I have since cancelled my contract with Virgin Mobile, but I fear this will not be the last of my interaction with this thieving entity.

I call on the South African government to cancel / terminate the business licence it granted to Richard Branson to operate Virgin Mobile in South Africa.
the South African public still need emancipation for these colonial pillagers!
