BAD ATTITUDE & BAD SERVICE!!!

I cancelled my Vodacom contract on 06-12-2013. My cancellation date was 12-12-2013 with one-months notice running until 12-01-2014. I called again on the 12-12-2013 to confirm if the cancellation has been received and they confirmed. On the 12-01-2013 I called them to confirm if the contract is now finally cancelled and a guy told me that they can only cancel the contract at the end of the month. I accepted. 31-01-2014 came and I called them on the 01-02-2014 to find out why my contract hasn't been cancelled yet and they told me to call on 02-02-2014 which I did. I spoke to a very unhelpful consultant with a bad attitude who got tired of me and then called her manager who have a attitude that stinks. Her name is Thobile Sibiya. She got tired of me in a very short space of time. She got so tired of my questions that she threatened to drop the phone because according to her this conversation is going nowhere. THEN SHE! SHE PROMISED TO LISTEN TO MY CALLS AND CALL ME BACK ON 03-02-2014. SHE NEVER DID. SHE IS A! I AM STILL WAITING. THOBILE SIBIYA TO ME. VODACOM MANAGEMENT PLEASE LISTEN TO OUR CONVERSATION AND HEAR FOR YOURSELF. SHE . WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM!
