ACCOUNTS NOT UPDATED

I applied for a home loan last week, only to find out that my Telkom acc is arrears for over R900???

I have never received any notification via any communication medium, never been threathened to be 'handed over" etc etc etc. Basically this is the FIRST time that I have any knowledge of this arrears!!!

I called 1023 on Sat, 01.02.2014, where NO One could assist me with a number for your head office or accounts dep. i called the Longbeach mall telkom shop in Fish Hoek, western cape, where NO one answers the phone.

I called Telkom again today (03.02.2014) and a lady gave me this no: 012 311 3911. Guess what?? NO ONE answers the phone either. they dont even have an aswering machine, and this is Tele communications for you in SA?? Seriously, how do you guys help your consumers???
Can someone PLEASE contact me to sort this out ASAP!!
