I was phoned with an offer to buy a phone which I did online but was not happy with the service I got 1 I stated the colors. Of phones I wanted which I didn't get what I requested, 2 I was told its 100 SMS n 100 airtime n 100mb data which I was not told its going to be given pro rata 3 requested for SIM swap which was not done was given. New numbers 4 phones were not delivered on time as was told latest will be 27 December which they sent 1 phone n the other was sent in January after the courier guy came 3 times without calling n didn't find me n wen he found me the 4th time he told me I was going to get charged if they didn't find me. I am still waiting for response. Regarding this matter as was told they are going to listen to the calls and get back to me that was the 21st January 2014
