The appalling service received from Autopage is beyond unacceptable
I upgraded my contract which was originally limited to R100 over the contract amount to a new top up contract which is limited in terms of once the data is used it cuts off. The point here being that no matter what account was being billed both were limited.
The first month I was billed R1 500 instead of R400 and in the second month I received a bill for R4 500 instead of R400!
The day the bill was received I went to the Pavilion branch and spoke to Tracy who sign me up for the contract. It seemed that the migration hadn't gone through. I was informed that it wasn't my fault and that the account would be reversed before the end of the month (January). I was also told that the cell would work after 48 hours. Needless to say, the cell didn't work and after numerous calls found out the the cell was blocked. The block was taken off and after another call and the assistance from Tracy the cell was working. Please bear in mind I'm paying a contract that I haven't been able to use.!
