I hate Cell C. I have now complained twice. the person in charge of my complaint contacts me on my modem number and expects me to answer! lol I mean can anyone say genius. never the less nothing has been done and because I have a cell c number guess what?? I cant received certain service providers smses that are important. worse part is that I can not get out of this stupid contract because Cell C can not conform to the Consumer Protection Act. Now I wish to take my grievances to the consumer tribunal so that this monster of a company can be taken to book. Can any one please provide me with details as to how to contact the Consumer Commission. Cell C I shall not be giving you 30 days notice because my contract is supposed to automatically end and yes I will be taking this number over to Vodacom. Voted best cellular network provider by Sunday times brand survey. where was cell c on that survey a dismal 3rd lol just before virgin mobile and hetia.
