I lodged a complaint with Vodacom on hellopeter on 7 Jan after weeks of getting nowhere with my bill query. Finally my problems have been sorted thanks to a lady called Tembisa Dolo in Century City who was very patient with my account. After numerous calls and emails to customer care I was just getting more frustrated and going nowhere fast. Thank you Tembisa for taking time out to handle my situation as if it were your own, its refreshing to see that there are people who still care about customer satisfaction. You are a true gem indeed.
