My upgrade phone received on the 18/6/2013 gave me problems beginning January-I took the phone in & was told its just out of the 6 mnth warranty & it needed to be repaired. I waited /-3 weeks to get the phone back to be told they didn't know what the problem was & I was given a refurbished phone 23/1/2014. That same day I started having problems & was told it's due to network problems - I must just keep hard rebooting it .. 2 days later 1/2/2014 I experienced the same problem with the phone jamming all the time so I took it to Cathryn so she could see for herself & she said she would have to speak to the Owner as she couldn't exchange it without his permission. I went back today 3/2/2013 to be told that the refurbished phone also needed to be sent for repairs!! I have spent most of the day trying to get hold of someone in that can help me with this - but to no avail. I am now really getting very upset! a refurbished phone 2 days old is now ALSO giving me hassles but I must just send it back & wait & to top it all - no one actual know what was wrong with my upgrade phone that was sent in for repairs 3 weeks ago Please can someone get to the bottom of this. an URGENT response p
