I phoned the Telkom Customer Care line 10210 3 times on Saturday, the longest I kept the line was over half an hour. None of the calls were answered. The last call attempt I made I actually left the phone ringing, went outside to the garden, made love to my lady, came back 30mins later and still the call had not been answered. This service by Telkom is grossly lacking, since no service was provided and is severely embarrassing to Telkom and South Africa as a whole, since... well... Telkom has the sucking monopoly in that industry. We can only pity ourselves; Telkom forces us to bend over and take it... without lube...
