On 9 Jan 2014 I lodged a complaint because I was promised no fee to upgrade, but a fee of R290-70 was charged to my bill. A lady from Vodacom phoned me and said the amount will be reversed. She also asked if i would like to keep the sms bundle, which i asked to cancel during the upgrade. I asked her to cancel the bundle, which she promised she would do. Today i phone Vodacom because I see the sms bundle is still acitve. The lady at 111 confirmed the sms bundle was not cancelled after two requests AND the migration fee of R290-70 escalated to R331-40 AFTER the initial consultant promised me no migration fee would be payable. I would like this matter sorted TODAY, or the contract cancelled so I can get another service provider. YOUR CHOICE, VODACOM!
