Unable to connect to the internet

I stay in Epsom Downs in Bryanston and I am unable to connect to the internet using my USB modem even though my area is supposed to be covered. I went into your store at the Nicolway early last week and someone was supposed to call me to arrange a time for someone to come check what the problem is. However, no one has called me yet. I am extremely frustrated and annoyed as my data has been expiring as I was unable to use it. It is also a huge inconvenience to me as I urgently need to use the internet at home. Please could you look into this matter and get back to me ASAP!!!
