Unauthorised billing after cancelled contract!!!

I have had one major issue after another with virgin mobile. Not only did they sell me a contract which didnt exist, an not one apology received I might add, which is why I then decided to cancel my contract with them. Now after cancelling a apparent ''month to month'' contract I have been billed each and every month thereafter with only excuses that dont make sense to me as to why they did so.
I now have R300.00 which they have taken from account illegally, and after requesting the debit orders to be cancelled via email and the call centre many times they still continue to take my money! I have had enough!!
I was promised a refund of the last unauthorised debit order that went off my account in late december, which i have still not received, and now they debit my account again!! I have contacted my bank and put a stop to the debit orders but they ask that I still cancel it with virgin mobile, but they refuse to do so.
Even the manager I have been corresponding too is bad with service and not friendly or apologetic at all.
I just want this nightmare to end now!!! I should have taken virgin mobile to court in the first place then maybe this wouldnt be happening!
