Incorrect billing and bad service

I applied for an upgarde but the phone was out of stock, an order was palced 4me and was told that i will be contacted when the phone is delivered and after few days i received a call from kate informing me that the cell phone is ready for collection but due to my health condition i was unable to collect the phone and it was resend or sold to another customer and upgrade was cancelled on the system as i was told by kate, on 31 december mtn debited an upgraded contract fee.i called 808 and was reffered to the brach, afta 2days a called the branch and spoke to victor who told me that it is not their problem and asked for my contact number, the next day i received a call from kate telling me that i must bring my id and after few days i went to the brach and got victor on the counter, who knew about the matter, he gave me bad attitude and he shouted at me and 1 of the customers even laughed at me, he said there is no1 to help u just give me yo id n i will make copies and kate will call you when she wants but to date i havent heard from them.i went on and called 808 and spoke to dephney who said she cancelled the upgrade on the system, but on the 31 january mtn debited 5* the initial amount
