Pay for service that you cannot use

You pay for a service that you cannot use because of a fault on tower on Cell C side. Contract gets cancelled but you may not have any refunds. So payments made must just be lost by you as a customer.. Only response that you get is that we are investigating the matter. This carry on for months and you as the customer have all the cost of these phone calls as well trying to get your money back.
