So i cancelled mt MTN contract in november last year. i have now just received a bill for a contract that should be closed, because of this there were not enough funds in my account for another debit order to run so i now have a bad mark against my name because i keep just enough in the account for payments.
i tried calling all weekend and again now. i sit following the correct steps on the phone then the line just drops from their side, as i have tried this from more than one phone. i was always an MTN User but if this is how they work i will point people away!!! i want my money BACK!!!
