I thought Cell C's problem were limited to it's call centre but it appears that the problem is rife throughout the company. I thought that perhaps by going to the Cell C regional office in Umhlanga I might get some help but the people I relied on to assist me are now conveniently in a "meeting".
That is alright, I will be taking my obviously insignificant problem to the likes of ICASA, Consumer Watch on ECR and the Department of Trade and Industry. I will be following this up with posts on Cell C's Twitter and Facebook profiles and an email to Allan Knot Craig. I may not get anywhere but I am going to make sure everyone knows about how Cell C operates!
