Cancelled contract and bad call centre service

I cancelled my contract last year February. They keep on deducting and I have to keep on phoning to cancel again After 1 year now all in a sudden they cannot find my cancellation on their system. Im holding on for over an hour now . they transferred me to cancellation dept still waiting.
