I have been trying to cancel my Telkom account for a week now. I've now been to the Musgrave branch twice. I've tried calling more times then I care to remember but no one is answering the phones.
This is the worst service I have ever received in my 32 years on earth... well done Telkom, you are now the champion of my list.
You've won a lifetime worth of never getting a cent from me again. Not only are you never going to get a dime from me but I will endeavor to make it my personal quest to make sure everyone around me knows how inept you are and just how incapable you are of running a business.
The only reason I haven't left sooner is I can't find the energy in a day to compare the useless tendencies you share with Neotel.

I think Telkom is actually the spawn of the devil, reincarnated to punish all humans in SA. It's the only logical reason I can think of as to how a company can be so utterly!
