06/02/2013 i phoned "my i store" to check if they have an iphone 5 car charger. the lady at the call centre said that the gateway store has plenty of stock and the price is RXXXX. i sent my driver to the store an hour later. when my driver got there, the staff told him that there isnt an iphone 5 charger and that he would have to buy and iphone 4 charger and an iphone 5 cable which costs 3 times as much as what the call centre agent told me.
i find this unacceptable as the istore is very far from me and my driver wasted a trip. had the call centre agent told me that there are no iphone 5 chargers, i wouldnt have sent my driver all the way for nothing.
i called the "my i store" shortly after all this to argue my point and lerato from the call centre said that there no iphone 5 chargers and that i have to buy two different items to get it to work.
so i tell my driver to get the cable and the car charger and he phones me back to tell me that the istore doesnt have any cables even though the sales guy told him to get the cable from them.
this is hopeless service from myistore
