Internet not working since 21.1.2014 reported vide complain no: 1318CRK210114 not resorted despite several reminders and escalation.
Received call on 1.2.2014 that some one will be coming to attend, spend whole day - no one came.
Today reced msg that the line has been restored, which is false statement. There is no way we can get to address a senior person and explain reality. No technicians were allocated after the complaint was registered since more that 2 weeks, still now the ADSL (Data) line is not working and they closed the case.
To get to a on line support you have to spend 30-45 minutes of waiting, at the end you never know you will be attended or the line might get disconnected.
