Good day,

I was registered on CELL C GET IT. Well i have HAD IT with your GET IT. A few days after registering i decided i do not want the service and have been calling to cancel. I am in the queue to have the account cancelled for over a month now. I keep getting transferred and when transferred the call drops. I have been billed for a month use of the service that i do not want.

Just called Today and spoke to a lady called Sue. She says she will get one of the cancellation people to contact me. So i have said i want them to call me TODAY. I called two weeks ago on Thursday and was told that my account was scheduled to be cancelled the next day. It is still scheduled.

If i have to call again i think i will have to take legal action against you people as you are now in breach of your own contracts by exceeding the 30 day notification period.

If i am billed again for get it i will be reversing the charges at my bank.
