Incorrect contract

In December I got a Samsung Tablet as it would greatly help in my work as a reporter. I made it clear to the consultant at Campus Square MTN that my company pays our MTN contracts up to a certain limit and that this monthly fee needs to be taken out on the same contract. He agreed and I thought all was well, until I received the MTN statement in the middle of Jan which showed my telephone bill only. I immediately called 808. It turned out the tablet contract was taken on my personal account. I was told I need to speak to their corporate division, then I was told that I could cancel the contract but would be liable for the remainder of the payment (utter nonsense for something that wasn't my fault). I was eventually told to go back to the branch. I called Barry who said that he did do the application correctly, but something went wrong along the line. He said he sent through emails etc to head office.By the last time I checked he said he'd received no response. On Saturday R467.81 was debited from my account. Barry hasn't returned my call yet and a call to 808 confirmed that there are two separate accounts. I need a refund ASAP & this contract to be a SINGLE one.
