FAULTY BLACBERRY Z10

I received a new blackberry z10 in may last year in august last the phone started to give problems I took it to menlyn cell c where they send it away to the repair centre after 3 weeks of waiting they replaced the unit with a new phone the new unit was working for a week only it gave problems again we took it to the cell c branch in silverton they send it away for 34 weeks they replaced it again with a new unit last week Wednesday the unit gave problems again I took it to cell c silvertOn they send it away again I am still waiting the manager at the silverton branch very unhelpful and very unfriendly told me to phone repair centre and tell them what is the problem its not my job to do so I filled in a repair from got a reference number I want to cancel it is in my customer act right to cancel a contract that has only be giving me grief I don't want the blackberry z10 this will be the 4th time I am sending it in I cant pay for something I am not using, that is half the time in repair centre cell c should either cancel my contract or I want a new type of phone anything except a blackberry z10 phone brand!!! very unhappy
