Over charging - query 4 Jan - no reply

I had a query on the 4th of January about my account going back 6 months

I have been over charged for the device (dubble) for at least 6 months at R92.99
I have had "My account pro" taken of 4/5/6 times on the same account for a few months.
On the 4 th I thought everything was sorted out, but here comes this months account a again a BIG
account without any of these over charged amounts taken of. The person on the line said that finance have not looked at it as yet.
I need answers plse. I want my money back in my account ASAP...
Not when the next payment takes place... NOW with interest please.
