I did a sim swap on Saturday at 18:41PM, today is Monday and the sim swop has not worked, after numerous visits to customer care and numerous calls to Vodacom, i am left with a phone that is not working and no viable answers from Vodacom staff, no-one knows whats going, no-one knows why the sim swap has not worked.
I expect an answer and a call by 12pm today or im taking this further, i have done my part, i have paid for migrations, purchased data etc.. As long as Vodacom gets there money they happy, they have absolutely no regard for there clients. I will not wait another 24 to 48 hours for your people to call me back, to tell me to put my phone on and off, Mariam promised that she would call me back and she has not, SORT THIS OUT TODAY PLEASE!!!
