On the 1st of January 2014 I made an EFT for my monthly payment for December 2013. I used my cellphone number as reference number and they still could not locate my payment. Autopage suspended my services After I spoke to the lady in customer care and told her that I have made a payment and could't fax a proof because my internet was off. Then my phone got reconnected again for 2-3days and got suspended again.
After 2 weeks of harrasment that I did not pay and they will take me to court and endless smses to urge me to make payment, I went to be bank, made another payment for January 2014 and took both December 2013 and January 2014 proof of payments to Autopage Brakpan Carnival at Mall. Monique scanned my proof of payments and emailed it through to head office. My phone was reconnected the sunday night. The 2nd of February 2014 Autopage put through a debit order for December 2013 and January 2014 and a reconnection fee. I made my payments on time and I already paid for January 2014, and still they took a reconnection fee which is not my fault and took another 2 payments after I faxed the proof of payments to autoapage on friday 31 January 2014 and recieved an sms to comfirm.
