Poor business practice

I bought a phone in Polokwane cell c store at savannah mall in December 2013. They had to port my sim card from mtn to cell which they said it takes 24 to 48 hours. After successful port the first call I received only to found out that the phone had a problem with the speaker. I went to cell c store in Lephalale where they advised me about the procedure to follow. I notified Polokwane store about the matter. The person responsible for my contract said she was busy to attend me and she even promised to phone of which she never did. I took the phone back to their store on the 16 December 2013. I drove to cell c head office spoke to the guy by the name Nelson still their head office could bear me good fruit. I called their cell c call centre several times without help. I'm now fed up with cell c I want to cancel my contract and we part ways. Cell c is busy deducting my money while I don't have a phone.
