My contract was due to expire in January 23rd 2014. As advised I sent through the cancellation request a month in advance i.e December 2013. When I sent my cancellation I was advised to send through the migration forms on the 24th a day after my contract had officially been cancelled.
today I called MTN enquiring about the migration that has not taken place, guess what my contracts sre still not cancelled. If need be I will take this to the Ombudsman and also reverse whatever debit orders you intend to put through,
I followed your processes and I am still being told that MTN hasn't kept to their end of the contract. As advised by your call centre I await feedback and clarification on Monday.
As per our contract i am no longer binded by our expired 24 months contract.
