I logged a query at 09h00 this morning because internet is down and asked to be contacted.By 11h30 no response was had from Afrihost, and I tried to call, however no answer was to be had on the landline number, so I logged a 'Call me". Up to now, my business, dependent on internet and communication must stand still because Afrihost could not care less and has no customer care service. And they say they are awesome. Oh, and now look, I still have bandwidth I could have used if the service was on, but it expires today. in other words, some throttle their clients so clients cannot get what they pay for, Afrihost seemingly simply switch one off so as to prevent one from getting what was paid for.
