I went in to Altech to add a contract to my current one on Tuesday the 21 January 2014, I asked for a Nokia Lumia 1320, which i was assured was fine. I asked when I would get the handset, the gentleman assured me it would only be two or three days, so at worst Monday the following week. On Friday when I called i was told by the lady i was talking to that it would be Monday. I called on Monday when i was told the phone was now on back order would i rather not have a lesser handset. If i had wanted a different handset i would have ordered one. I asked how long he said he would find out and call me back. Not hearing anything AGAIN I called on Tuesday and was told i would get a call back, i waited vainly until Thursday when I went to the store and asked why no one had gotten a hold of me and asked where my phone was. I was then told they had just conveniently received the mail, and were told SOMETIME in february. When I asked the Lady why i was told three days initially, she said "I don't know." If i had know i wound i would have gone to another provider. How can a store even advertise a product that they cannot get a hold of? When my Contract ends i wont renew. Unacceptable!
