Open Box Policy - no guarantee!

I ordered the new IPhone 5 from the Irene branch, and the phone is covered by the 7 day guarantee. on the day i received the phone, i discovered that the camera was defective. the next morning i went back to the branch and was advised that there is no stock to replace the phone, and the phone will have to go in for repairs for a week! i do not want a repaired phone, i want a brand new phone that is not defective, as ordered! i run a business and cannot be without the phone. i went to the branch again today, only to be told i need to go to the head office in Midrand to sort out the phone. and once again i will be without a phone. it is unacceptable that when receiving a BRAND NEW PHONE, which is under guarantee, so many questions are asked, bad service and attitude is displayed by the shop assistants, and we as customers are told to run around to fix a problem that should be dealt with by the assistants.
