In December I was debited a huge amount for my cell phone bill. I called Virgin mobile to query this as I had not received an itemized bill. Upon looking at the bill there were charges that were not making sense as there was no tanglible proof that I had used or made calls for those amounts. I then requested a detailed itemized bill, this was on the 23rd of December and I have not received it as yet dispite phoning their 123 number several times and requesting it. Every consultant promised to send me the bill by close of business and I'm still waiting, one of the consultants that I spoke to named Babongile even CCd me on a mail to accounts queries requesting proof for the extra charges, and I still haven't received a response. It makes me think how many more peolpe have been robbed by this cellular network! Everyone has warned me about virgin mobile being the worst network to deal with, I definately agree now! Furthermore I pay a compulsory fee of R22 a month for an itemized bill, tomorrow my debits for January go off, I still haven't received my bill, am I to call every month to receive one? And I wonder what suprises I'm going to find this month.
