DOES TELKOM WANT YOUR BUSINESS, SERIOUSLY???

Having properly researched LTE, I decided to log on to Telkom website. Turns out that you have to key in your info and a consultant would call. Well, this happened as promised and after enduring an hour of questions, I was promised a 2 week waiting period. I also received an email from a company called Sales Direct??? confirming my order. Well 2 weeks did pass and after receiving no further feedback I decided to email the only address I had, yes, Sales Direct. Their response was prompt however I was rudley shocked that my appl. as declined on the "vetting procedure" Well, I was not going have any of this, especially since my last visit to the the vet was 3 yrs ago. Called Sales Direct, a consultant there decided to refer me to Telkom (seems like Telkom has found a perfect partner here), I decided to put aside ghastly stories of Telkom behind me. Surely they couldn't be all that bad? RIng Ring, of course the voice message, you know Option 1, 2, etc etc.. and if the problem does not fit any of the categories provided, well at this point you key in any no and hope the best. Hurrah eventually a humanoid to take my call at Telkom. Of course she couldn't help me. Prom. to call me though.
