Blackberry that continually fails me!

I have a Vodacom contract for a Blackberry 9360 Curve. I took this contract out in December 2012. Since then, I have taken my phone in for repairs to Vodacom around 5 times as there is always something wrong with it after a few months. Vodacom has given me 3 new phones already - the last being brand new in a sealed box since I complained about them keeping my phone for a month. My latest Blackberry that they have given me has now also stopped working. It continually restarts after you put in the pin code and when it does stay on you can't move the trackpad around at all so the phone really serves no purpose. I had requested a new phone when handing my phone in for repairs and this was refused. I am YET AGAIN without a phone. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. In my 13 months of this contract I have been without a phone for atleast 3 months and I don't think that that's fair. If Vodacom is giving me damamged goods then these need to be replaced - not sent to the repair centre, only to get fixed to break again. This is terribly frustrating and makes me consider whether I'd want to renew my contract with Vodacom even though I've been a loyal customer of theirs for 12 years.
