Incompetent & Pathetic Service

My white blackberry 9900, which is under a 2 year contract with Vodacom and currently still within warranty, stopped working completely. I took it in to the Alberton City Vodacom (across from Cardies) to send it in, service was quick and good, no problem, it would take approximately 4 days. BULL! It's now been about 20 days, I was told I would get a new phone as the fault was the manufacturers bla, bla, bla, they sent back a refurbished black 9900 without any covers, backs, etc. when I refused this saying I was promised a new one and even if I took the black one was I suppose to use all my white phones covers, backs, etc. This is just ridiculous, since this happened I am still to find one person at Vodacom who can actually tell me what is happening, when I will get my phone back and exactly on what day. I am basically paying for a service and an item I do not have and Vodacom couldn't care less! I have been with Vodacom for about 8 years now with never having an issue or complaint, this is the first and only time I have ever needed their help and they have basically made me feel worthless and useless... so much for valued customers! Still no idea when I will ever get my phone!
